Q: Why didn't the smartwatch receive the push message?

A: Since the background of the Android phone will automatically clean up the less commonly used software, the smartwatch has been disconnected and no longer sends messages.

How to solve:

1. Set up the Fun Do application so that it starts automatically in the background of your phone.

2. Activate APP message push.

Smartwatch connection tutorial:

1. Reset your smartwatch to factory settings.

2. Scan the QR code in the manual to download the “FunDo” app and install it.

3. Open the "FunDo" application. Add the device in the bottom right corner and find the L9 connection. A successful connection will indicate that it is bound.

Note: If you ca n’t find it, turn on your phone to set up Bluetooth and cancel all pairings. Then repeat the above three steps.
