Returns & Exchanges

• We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund in accordance with this return policy.
• If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all applicable shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-DOA returns. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please contact us for a RMA number prior to sending your package. Streams Communications will not accept packages without prior authorization and a RMA number. Please contact us for RMA and Return address.
• Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and let us know whether you would like the item to be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
• All returns must be received back within 7 business days after the RMA number has been issued.
• All packages being shipped back to us must have a valid tracking number.
